1. Introduction
Welcome to Norellan. These Terms apply to your use of our website at norellan.top, our notarial services, infoproducts, and goods. By accessing or using any part of Norellan, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Norellan provides notarial acts, document certification, and authentication services. To arrange a service, you must schedule an appointment and pay the applicable fee in advance.
2.1 Cancellation and Refunds for Services
You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 48 hours before the service date. Norellan will review your cancellation request and, if approved, will issue a refund within 14 days of approval. To request a refund, contact us via contact form with your booking reference and appointment details. Norellan reserves the right to reschedule appointments upon notice. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund due to resource commitments.
3. Information Products
Norellan offers downloadable guides, templates, and other digital content ("Infoproducts"). Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital file.
3.1 Refunds for Information Products
Due to their digital nature, Infoproducts are non-refundable after download or access. If you experience technical difficulties retrieving your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days for assistance or an alternative format. Beyond technical support, Infoproducts are final sale.
4. Goods
Norellan sells physical items such as notary seals, embossed stationery, and related accessories. All goods are shipped from our Kuwait office.
4.1 Refunds for Goods
If a product arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 14 days of receipt via contact form. Include photographs of the defect and your order number. Upon approval, Norellan will, at our option, provide a replacement or process a refund within 21 days. Unopened and unused items may be platformd within 14 days of delivery; you are responsible for shipping costs on platforms.
5. Refund Process
To initiate any refund request, submit your details through the contact form, including order ID, service date or product details, and your contact information. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. If crediting to the original method is unavailable, we will issue an account credit valid for future use.
6. Rescheduling Services
You may request to reschedule a notarial appointment without extra charges if you notify us at least 24 hours before the original date. Reschedule requests made later than 24 hours before the appointment may incur an administrative fee or be treated as cancellations under Section 2.1.
7. Changes to These Terms
Norellan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on norellan.top and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait City.
